At Room for Movement, we pride ourselves on having highly skilled teachers who are dedicated to providing personalised attention to our clients. Our classes are small, ensuring that each participant receives individualised guidance and support. With a maximum of six people per class, you can expect a focused and intimate experience.

Our Group Reformer Classes are 50 minutes long and offer a continuous flow of movement. We offer six different class styles, allowing you to choose the one that best suits your body's needs. Our teachers provide modifications to accommodate individual abilities and restrictions, ensuring that everyone feels supported and challenged during the class. We also offer prenatal and postnatal specific classes for expecting and new mothers.

For those looking for a more personalised experience, we offer Personalised Studio Sessions. These 55-minute appointments are centred around you and your goals. You can decide between private, duet, or semi-private sessions, with a maximum ratio of one teacher to three clients. Having the same teacher each week allows for a deep understanding of your body, restrictions, preferences, and goals, ensuring a tailored experience that meets your unique needs.

Our studio is open to everyone, regardless of fitness level or specific conditions. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, fatigue, scoliosis, hypermobility, osteoporosis, chronic health conditions, pelvic conditions, or injuries, we have the expertise to provide you with safe and effective exercise options.
