Dynamic Adventures Climbing Club invites you to join them for an exciting climbing event at the stunning granite tors of Dartmoor. This is the real deal, folks! Our unique outdoor rock face combines natural beauty with artificial holds, providing you with the ultimate climbing experience on our epic 12-meter limestone rock face. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned climber, we have a range of routes tailored to your ability. You can choose to join us for a one-hour session or combine it with one of our other land-based activities for a half-day filled with adventurous rock climbing on Dartmoor. When you arrive, our friendly instructors will warmly greet you and assist you in filling out a medical consent form. We'll provide you with all the necessary climbing gear and show you how to adjust it correctly. After a safety briefing, our instructors will tailor the session to your individual needs, depending on your ability and previous experience. Whether you're focused on improving your technique, learning about tying in and belaying, or simply enjoying the climb, we've got you covered. Climbing is open to anyone aged 5 and over, and our general rule is “if we can fit you in a harness, you're good to go!” We even have wheelchair access to the base of the quarry because at Dynamic Adventures, we believe in “Access to Adventure for All.” If you have any questions about accessibility for climbing, please reach out to us at [email protected].
Now, before you head out for your exciting climbing adventure, don't forget to pack these essentials in your rucksack: a drink bottle, a snack to keep your energy up, a waterproof coat and trousers (weather dependent), a warm layer (also weather dependent), and clothes that you don't mind getting muddy (long sleeves are optional). Make sure to wear closed-toed shoes that can be securely fastened to your feet. Leave your wellies and crocs at home, and if you have your own climbing shoes, feel free to bring them along!

However, our instructors can take care of your personal belongings while you participate in the activity.
