The club's training times are every Monday and Wednesday from 7pm to 8pm. They welcome participants from the age of 5 years and upwards, with no upper age limit. Whether you prefer to train on Monday, Wednesday, or both days, the weekly fee is only 5, with no additional membership fees required.
For adults who are new to karate, the club offers a 6-week Basic Karate training course. This course provides a solid foundation in Shukokai Karate and allows participants to commence full training at the 9th Kyu Red Belt Level. Additionally, there is an affordable fee of 25 per year for adult and cadet karate licence and insurance.
The club also offers youth programmes, with a free trial lesson available for both children and adults. After the trial, the weekly fee is 5. Additionally, there is a family offer where the entire family can train together for only 10 per week.
The club's instructors are highly qualified and experienced. Ian Brand is a Black Belt 2nd Dan, while Adrian Coan is a Black Belt 7th Dan. Peter Winkler also holds a Black Belt 1st Dan and Black Belt 2nd Dan.
