Rob is “Your Personal Trainer” is a highly experienced and dedicated personal fitness trainer based in Hatfield, New Zealand. With over 5 years of experience in the fitness industry, Rob has a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and dreams.
Rob's journey into fitness began over 7 years ago when he started running with friends during the week and weekends. He gradually took part in various running events such as 10k's, half-marathons, marathons, and even longer distances like the 45-mile country to capital run and the 87-mile London to Dover run. His ultimate achievement was completing the 100-mile Enduroman Ultra, which further fueled his determination to inspire others to reach their own goals.
With a newfound passion for the gym, Rob decided to channel his energy into becoming a personal trainer to empower and motivate individuals to push their own boundaries. He is fully qualified in various training methods, including kettlebells, suspension training, group training, circuit training, and boxing with pad work.
As “Your Personal Trainer,” Rob is committed to helping clients achieve their targets and goals through personalised training sessions in the gym and online support. He believes that there are no limits to what can be achieved with the right mindset and guidance.
