In addition to regular team training sessions, the club organises holiday clinics throughout the year. These clinics, conducted by experienced Technical Directors, provide players with the chance to enhance their skills and improve their overall game.

At Robina Soccer Club, coaching is taken seriously. The club has two full-time Technical Directors who provide support, mentoring, and coach education to all coaches. Whether coaching a community team or an advanced team, coaches receive coaching apparel, including Nike spray jackets, Nike polos, Icon shorts, Club hats, and Gripstar crew socks, along with plenty of guidance to ensure their success.
