For the 6-week programme, the trainer will have an in-person session with you to assess your ability and discuss your goals. They will then create a 6-week programme for you to follow on your own. Within the 6 weeks, you can book free catch up sessions with the trainer if needed.
Swimming packages are also available, with options for single sessions, six sessions, or ten sessions. These swimming sessions cater to all ability levels, whether you are a beginner looking to learn how to swim or an experienced swimmer training for a triathlon.

As an Exercise Referral Practitioner and Covid Recovery Practitioner, Rob can assist individuals with different abilities and conditions. He will help you set appropriate goals and design personalised training programmes to support your personal training journey.
Rob also holds a Guinness World Record in the fitness industry and enjoys setting challenging targets for himself as well as his clients.
In terms of the personal training experience, during your first session, you will complete a PAR-Q and a PT agreement. A lifestyle assessment will be conducted, and measurements can be taken if desired. A fitness test will then be performed to determine your starting point and enable the trainer to create a tailored programme for you. If you decide that the first session is not suitable for you, it is free of charge.
However, any sessions purchased after the initial session will include the cost of the first session.
If you opt for a monthly exercise report, the trainer will email you at the beginning of each month with details of the exercises you have completed during the previous month's training. These reports will be provided in an Excel spreadsheet format, showcasing your progressions and improvements over time.
Payment for the training sessions is made directly to the trainer. Payment information will be provided during the first session. If you are not satisfied with the first session, no payment is required.
