class, corporate movement classes, coaching, or the newly introduced ZenFlix, Roaming Zen offers a variety of ways for individuals to connect with their bodies and find their own zen.
One of the unique aspects of Roaming Zen is its mobility. They bring movement to you, whether it's at your workplace, in the vineyards, or at bespoke workshops and retreats. This flexibility allows Roaming Zen to meet the needs of their community wherever they are.
Jen believes that everyone can move and participate in the transformative power of movement. She is passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive environment for her community, where everyone feels welcome and encouraged to explore their own movement journey. Through coaching and workshops, Jen and her team help individuals tap into their potential and find balance, both on and off the mat.
In 2017, Roaming Zen opened its first brick-and-mortar studio in Magill, Adelaide. The studio offers regular barre, TRX Pilates, and yoga small group classes, as well as workshops. The space is designed to be a sanctuary of calm and beauty, allowing clients to step away from the busyness of everyday life and find inner peace through movement.
As Roaming Zen has grown and evolved, Jen has felt a pull to once again embrace the “roam” in the brand. In 2023, she made the intelligent decision to merge with a like-minded studio located just 100m down from her current location in St Morris. This partnership allows Roaming Zen to expand its reach and cultivate even more zen for Jen and her community.
