Courtenay Recreation Fitness Staff are hosting a FREE ORIENTATION on Friday, October 27 from 12 noon to 1 p. m. This event is open to everyone, where staff will be on-site demonstrating equipment and answering questions. Water and light snacks will be provided during the orientation.
