Join the Rising Stars CrossFit Competition on 7th September, 2024. This exciting event is a fun competition open to athletes of all levels. The competition aims to provide a supportive and positive environment for participants to compete outside their own CrossFit boxes. Categories are based on honest CrossFit assessments, ensuring fair competition. If you believe you should be in a higher or lower grade, you have the option to register accordingly.
The competition focuses on basic CrossFit movements, avoiding advanced exercises such as Muscle Ups or Pistols in the Rookies grade. This ensures that participants can confidently participate without the need for expert-level skills. Participants will have the opportunity to compete in a minimum of three WoDs (Workouts of the Day), which will be released one week prior to the event on the Rising Stars Facebook page. Register for the competition by paying a non-refundable entry fee of NZ$110.00. Limited spaces are available in each category, so early registration is advised to secure a spot.
