About
Join Rogue Movement's RISING FIERCE STEEL MACE WORKSHOP, a proactive approach to midlife and beyond for women. This workshop is all about utilising the strength and skill of the mace to guide participants on their journey.
Throughout the 4-hour session, attendees will be led through the foundational pillars of the RISING FIERCE program. These pillars cover important topics such as hormones, nutrition, lifestyle, movement, strength, and soulful practices. It's a holistic approach that goes beyond just physical exercise.
Louise, the creator of RISING FIERCE, offers a unique perspective on health and exercise during midlife years. She understands the challenges and focuses on empowering women to embrace this phase of life with strength and confidence.
To add more expertise to the workshop, we have invited expert guest Leanne and her team of steel Maces. They will provide valuable insights and help participants delve deeper into the strength skills needed to navigate these years.
The workshop will be a mix of discussion and physical movement, creating a dynamic and engaging experience for all participants. It will take place in the gym space of strongwoman athlete Kerryn's South Geelong Studio, ensuring a supportive and inspiring environment.
