Dee, our service provider, brings a wealth of experience and qualifications to our centre. She has been a qualified hairdresser since 2000, a certified personal trainer since 2010, and a certified counsellor and Subconscious Mind Therapist since 2021. Dee's vision is to integrate all these services and create a holistic approach to health.
When it comes to hair services, we only use mineral products that are free from ammonia or PPD (immune disruptors). We believe in providing beauty treatments that are safe and free from harmful chemicals, giving you confidence in your overall well-being.
Our gym classes are designed to create a safe and supportive environment for women to work on their health and fitness goals. We believe in building a community of like-minded individuals who can motivate and uplift each other. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, our classes cater to all fitness levels.
In addition to fitness classes, we also offer unique wellness experiences such as Full Moon Meditation and Breathwork sessions. These practises are aimed at nourishing not just the body, but also the mind and soul. It's a chance for individuals to find inner peace, reduce stress levels, and enhance their overall well-being.
