Founder Suzie, a kinesiologist and Balanced Body Pilates instructor, is passionate about helping people move and feel better through evidence-based practices. The studio offers a variety of class styles, including Reboot, Ignite, Strengthen, and Elevate, each designed to challenge and empower participants in a fun and creative way.
Elevate is a contemporary fusion class that offers a love story of classical and contemporary Pilates movements. Strengthen classes focus on strength moves using weighted props and the Pilates jumpboard for a muscle-quaking workout. Ignite classes are high-intensity interval Pilates sessions designed to get your heart rate up and tone your body. Reboot classes are perfect for beginners or those looking for a total-body feel-good experience.
With open-level classes and a maximum of five participants per class, Rise & Align Pilates Co. ensures that each individual receives the attention and modifications they need to make the most of their workout. The studio also offers personal semi-private sessions for a more tailored experience.
For new clients, Rise & Align Pilates Co. offers a special promo of $20 for a single class in any of their class styles.
