Richmond Ravers Netball Club welcomes you to a thriving sporting community in Kingston upon Thames, United Kingdom. Founded in 2006, the club has been nurturing young netball talent for 16 strong seasons, guiding girls aged 8-18+ to excel in the sport.
Julie Laidler, head coach, leads a passionate coaching team dedicated to developing netball skills from a young age. Richmond Ravers boasts a community of over 200 committed players. Many of them advance to play at Satellite or County levels, continuing their netball journey confidently.
Exciting news: Richmond Ravers is expanding to include a Senior section for players aged 16+. This new addition allows older girls to continue competing and prepare for university or college netball teams.
The club has a proud history of success in local and regional competitions. Before the 2019/20 league suspension, our teams consistently topped their leagues, clinching victories in the Surrey End of Season tournament across various age groups. Notably, our U16s have remained unbeaten in the Surrey league for two years, and our younger players maintain a remarkable 15-year unbeaten streak at Hi5 in the Nonsuch Junior Netball league.
Richmond Ravers offers an open door to all aspiring netball players—no trials required. With excellent coaching and a supportive environment, the club focuses on helping members achieve their full potential. Interested players can fill out the "Join Us" form on our website. Beyond regular training, Richmond Ravers keeps its members active with Summer fitness sessions, perfect for maintaining fitness and honing skills during the break.
