Richard holds a Diploma in Professional Golf and is a member of the Professional Golfers Association of Australia. He also possesses an AAA Coaching Accreditation, making him highly skilled in providing effective coaching and guidance. Richard's expertise has been recognised with the QLD PGA Club Professional of the Year award.

Throughout his career, Richard has worked with various golf professionals, including Matt Gyautt, Ben Pisani, Gavan Fairfax, and Eagle Chang. He has successfully coached the QLD Men's team to victories in 2010 and 2011, demonstrating his ability to bring out the best in his players.

Richard's coaching philosophy revolves around providing a fun and motivating experience for golfers of all skill levels. He strives to tailor his coaching and club fitting to meet the individual needs and requirements of each player. Richard also offers on-course playing lessons to enhance game performance.

In addition to his passion for coaching, Richard has a deep interest in promoting golf clinics for Special Olympics Students. He believes in creating an inclusive environment where individuals with diverse abilities can enjoy the sport.

Richard Harris Golf offers three levels of coaching programmes: Beginner, Pro, and Aussie Golf Experience. The Beginner level is designed for golf enthusiasts who are new to the game and aims to make the learning process fun and enjoyable. The Pro level is recommended for more experienced players who want to take their skills to a higher level and work towards professional accreditation. The Aussie Golf Experience level provides the opportunity to combine golf with travel, home-stays in Australia, and English language learning.
