The End of an Era for Rhythmic Excellence. It is with mixed emotions that we announce the retirement of our beloved gymnast, Saffron Severn. Saffron has been a true inspiration to us all with her dedication, determination, and outstanding achievements in the sport. We wish her the very best in her future endeavours and know that she will continue to excel in any path she chooses.
As we bid farewell to Saffron, we eagerly look towards the future of Rhythmic Excellence. We are committed to providing the highest quality training and coaching to all our gymnasts, from beginners to elite competitors. With a focus on both physical and mental development, we strive to create a supportive and nurturing environment where everyone can thrive.
Our team of experienced coaches is passionate about sharing their knowledge and love for rhythmic gymnastics. They work closely with each individual athlete, tailoring training programmes to meet their specific needs and goals. In addition to our recreational classes for kids ages 4 and up, we also offer adult beginner courses once a week. It's never too late to start your rhythmic gymnastics journey! We believe in the power of sports to transform lives and encourage confidence, self-expression, and teamwork.
Rhythmic Excellence is fully committed to the British Gymnastics competitive development plan. Our squad gymnasts train rigorously 5 to 6 days a week, guided by our dedicated coaches. We attend all events in the competition calendar for individual gymnasts and have plans to expand our programme to include group competitions in the near future.
Beyond the competitive realm, our gymnasts have the opportunity to participate in international competitions, shows, and events. We believe these experiences not only enhance their skills but also foster a sense of camaraderie and cultural exchange.
At Rhythmic Excellence, we understand the important role parents play in a gymnast's journey. We foster a collaborative and trusting relationship between gymnasts, coaches, and parents. We value your support and are committed to open communication, providing updates, and addressing any concerns you may have.
Our club is proud to have an experienced and dedicated team of coaches, teachers, and volunteers who ensure the safety and well-being of our gymnasts. All our members have undergone a thorough DBS check, and our coaches have also completed a Safeguarding and Child Protection Course.
