Peninsula School of Dance is excited to announce that we will be hosting a special event featuring Rhythm Works Integrative Dance (RWID), a renowned hip hop dance program. This program focuses on developing dance skills, promoting self-empowerment, and celebrating the uniqueness of each individual.
RWID is not just your typical dance class. It incorporates sensory processing, kinesiology, and behavioural analysis to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for students of all ages. Whether you have a diagnosis of Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, or sensory processing issues, RWID is designed to cater to your needs and help you thrive.
By engaging in dance, movement, music, and rhythm, RWID creates new pathways in the brain, leading to the development of social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skills. It's an incredible opportunity to explore the world of dance while also reaping the benefits of overall growth and development.
At Peninsula School of Dance, we offer both private lessons and group classes for RWID. This program can also serve as a stepping stone to other dance classes available at our studio. So, if you're interested in joining RWID or would like more information, we encourage you to reach out to our dedicated Rhythm Works coordinator, Laura Mckinnon. You can contact Laura at 5986 6948.
Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to experience the transformative power of dance with RWID. Join us at Peninsula School of Dance and let's explore the joy of movement together.
