With over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry, Robert has a proven track record of helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.
Daniel Flanagan, also a qualified strength and conditioning coach and CrossFit level 1 coach, works alongside Robert to provide top-notch coaching at RF Strength & Conditioning. Together, they offer a range of classes and services, including strength and conditioning classes, personal training, and group personal training sessions.
The strength and conditioning classes at RF Strength & Conditioning are programmed by head coach Robert and incorporate strength training, gymnastics, Olympic lifting, and high-intensity training. These classes are designed to be scalable for individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Additionally, the gym offers personal training slots throughout the week, as well as group personal training sessions for those who prefer to train with a partner or friend.
