Renkarate Academy’s classes range from Kids Karate, starting at age 6, to adult sessions that include a balanced mix of warm-ups, techniques, and forms (Katas). Special attention is given to each student to help them master various kicks, punches, and blocks. Additionally, specialized weapon training covering knives, sticks, Tonfa, Sai, and Nun-Chucks adds an extra layer of skill and excitement to the curriculum.
For those looking to diversify their fitness routines, MMA classes incorporating elements of kicking, punching, and grappling from various martial arts styles are available. The CrossFit and Functional Training programs, featuring weight training with tyres, ropes, and hammers, ensure a full-body workout that builds strength, agility, and endurance.
