Renegade runs group fitness bootcamps and strength and conditioning classes across multiple San Diego neighborhoods, including Hillcrest, North Park, UTC/La Jolla, Pacific Beach, College Area, and Point Loma. It is designed for all fitness levels, from first-timers and people returning after a break to experienced members and pro athletes. Sessions rotate through Rack, Turf, and Cardio zones with real-time coaching and a community-focused training environment.
