Our facility boasts 3500 square feet of mat space, a 20 × 20 competition size boxing ring, a weight room, showers, and more.
Our programs cater to all ages and skill levels, offering Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Strength & Conditioning classes. Kickboxing incorporates punches, kicks, knees, and elbows in a Dutch Style program, perfect for improving fitness and self-defence. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu focuses on grappling and ground fighting, known for its effectiveness in self-defence situations. Our Strength & Conditioning program offers a full-body workout to help you lose weight, gain strength, and improve overall fitness.
For children, we offer Kids Kickboxing and Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, focusing on the fundamentals of striking and grappling while building confidence and self-esteem. Our experienced coaches, including Head Coach Pat Chapman and Jiu-Jitsu Coach Roger Running, are dedicated to helping you reach your full potential.
