Rejane's journey to becoming a fitness and nutrition professional was not without its challenges. Five years ago, she was diagnosed with Hip Dysplasia and advanced osteoarthritis, which required a hip replacement. This personal experience gave her a new perspective on the difficulties many individuals face when trying to overcome health obstacles. Through a change in mindset, exercise routines, and nutrition, Rejane was able to navigate her own challenges and continue training her clients both in fitness and nutrition support.
With a total of two hip replacements under her belt, Rejane is now back to her original weight prior to her osteo hips and is even participating in marathons. Her ultimate goal is to complete the Point to Pinnacle, known as the toughest half-marathon in the world. Rejane understands the demands of our busy lifestyles and has tailored her programmes to suit the needs of individuals juggling work, family, and personal health and fitness goals.
What sets Rejane's programmes apart is their focus on sustainability and long-term success. Unlike quick fix fad diets and fitness programmes, Rejane's programmes provide clients with the tools and support they require for long-lasting weight loss and a fit, healthy body. While it takes time, habit changes, and persistence to reach these goals, Rejane ensures her clients have the guidance and support they need to stay committed for the long haul.
Various programme options are available at Rejane's Nutrition & Fitness, ranging from 6-week programmes that are repeatable or serve as precursors to longer programmes, to 12-month programmes. Additionally, shorter “tasters” are offered to help individuals determine if the programme is a good fit. These include the “work with me” 5 or 7-day freebies and the “try it on your own” 10-day samplers. All programmes come with full support through private Facebook groups.
