Franky Wood here, just wanted to drop a quick note about Regnant Strength and Performance, the fitness community Steph and I built with all of you in mind. We’re not just a gym — we’re a space to hit your fitness goals, chill out from daily life, and make some great friends along the way.
We've got lots on offer: group classes, bodybuilding, personalized training, nutrition coaching, and even team-building events. Our group classes are a mix of strength, conditioning, endurance, and a bit of gymnastics to keep things interesting. Doesn’t matter if you're just starting out or a fitness pro — we welcome everyone. And hey, first class is on us!
