The founder and instructor, Lucia, is highly skilled and experienced in managing people of different levels in a class, creating a relaxed and fun environment while still providing physically challenging sessions. One of Lucia's specialities is Hypno-CBT, a combination of cognitive behavioural therapy and hypnotherapy. With a background in BSc Hons Psychology and additional training in Hypno-CBT, Lucia brings a unique approach to addressing mental health concerns and helping clients overcome various challenges. Additionally, she has undergone mindfulness teacher training with The Mindfulness Now programme, further enhancing her ability to support clients on their wellness journey.
Lucia's personal journey, which began with the tragic loss of her son, led her to discover the transformative power of mindfulness movement and various therapies. Inspired by her own experiences and the miracles these methods can work, Lucia is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and helping as many people as possible.
In addition to offering group and individual Pilates sessions, Lucia also provides hypnotherapy services and meditation instruction. Clients have the option to visit her home-based studio in Edinburgh or receive sessions online or through home visits.
