Reformat Pilates

Reformat Pilates provides Reformer Pilates classes in Cavan town, using fully equipped reformer equipment to build core control, body awareness, strength, flexibility and posture in a low-impact setting. Sessions suit beginners through to intermediate and advanced clients, with a technique-focused "101 (Beginner)" option for those new to Reformer and a more challenging "Flow (Intermediate / Advanced)" class for experienced participants. Classes are for people aged 16 and up.
