EMILY Pilates Teacher & Barre Instructor Emily's love for movement began at a young age through classical ballet. After completing her training, she danced professionally for several years before discovering her passion for Pilates and Barre. Emily brings her expertise and creativity to each class, helping her clients build strength, improve flexibility, and achieve a mind-body connexion. With her bubbly personality and dynamic teaching style, Emily creates a welcoming and fun atmosphere that leaves her clients feeling challenged and inspired.

CONNOR Yoga Teacher & Reiki Practitioner Connor's journey with movement and wellness started on the rugby field, where he played for many years before discovering the transformative benefits of yoga. Connor is a qualified yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner, specialising in Vinyasa and Yin yoga. His classes provide a space for students to connect with their breath, explore their physical and mental capabilities, and find inner peace. With a calm and compassionate approach, Connor guides his students on a journey of self-discovery and growth.

MEGAN Pilates Teacher & Barre Instructor Megan's passion for movement and fitness began through her background in dance. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, she has developed a deep understanding of the body and its capabilities. Megan is a qualified Pilates teacher and Barre instructor, and her classes focus on building strength, improving posture, and enhancing overall body awareness. With her warm and supportive nature, Megan creates a safe and inclusive environment for all clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals and feel their best.

CAMERON Yoga Teacher & Meditation Guide Cameron's love for yoga and meditation was ignited during a transformative trip to India, where he immersed himself in the yogic traditions. He is a qualified yoga teacher and meditation guide, specialising in Hatha and Yin yoga. Cameron's classes are a blend of physical movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practises, allowing students to tap into their inner calm and find balance in their lives. With his soothing voice and gentle guidance, Cameron creates a space for deep relaxation and self-discovery.
