Reform Infrared Pilates

Reform Infrared Pilates is a women-only Pilates studio in Plymouth, MI, combining reformer Pilates with infrared heat. Members can join heated group sessions designed to build core strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance, with modifications and progressions for different experience levels. The studio uses reformer beds and infrared heat, with certified instructors guiding classes like Reform Flow (all levels), Reform Sculpt (intermediate), and mat-based sculpt and strength formats.
