Red Lodge Community Pool, located in Southampton, is a fantastic spot for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Run by the community for the community, they ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

At Red Lodge Community Pool, water safety and swimming proficiency are prioritised. The pool offers various swimming sessions throughout the week, whether you're after a Lane Swim to boost your fitness, or a Fun Swim to splash about with family and friends. There are also specialised sessions like Parent & Baby swims for bonding time, and Aqua Fit for a gentle workout.

One highlight is the Junior Swim Academy. Kids can learn to swim and enhance their skills in a supportive environment. The academy offers group lessons, private lessons for personalised coaching, and competitive swimming opportunities for young enthusiasts.

For a unique twist, you can hire the pool for children's parties. Enjoy an hour of exclusive pool time for up to 20 children, followed by 45 minutes in the viewing room for food and drinks. However, party bookings are on hold due to social distancing rules.
