Our martial arts programmes focus on building a strong foundation of basic techniques, including correct hand and foot movements, joint locking, and safety techniques. Each session builds upon the previous one, allowing you to progress and improve your skills with each class.
One of our popular programmes is Freestyle Kickboxing, which caters specifically to teenagers and young boys and girls. This programme not only teaches self-defence and basic self-defence combinations but also focuses on confidence building, anti-bullying/stranger danger awareness, and fitness improvement.
