The group meets three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, starting at 7:30 am. Please note that the meeting time may vary depending on the season. From January to May, the group meets at 7 am, from June to August at 7:30 am, and from September to December at 7 am. The walks typically last between 30 to 45 minutes, providing a perfect opportunity to get some exercise and enjoy the scenic surroundings.
The Redland Bay Walking Group is suitable for individuals who can maintain a medium pace during the walks. While the group does not allow dogs to join, they welcome individuals of all fitness levels who can walk without the assistance of prams or wheelchairs.
