Sessions are led by our experienced female coaching team and are suitable for all ages and abilities.

2) Personal Coaching: For a more personalised approach, we offer personal coaching sessions with one of our qualified coaches. These sessions are tailored to your specific goals and needs, whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, or improving overall fitness. Our coaches will provide guidance, support, and accountability to help you reach your full potential.

3) Redefine Challenge: Join our Redefine Challenge, a programme designed to push you to your limits and achieve amazing results. This challenge includes a combination of group training sessions, personal coaching, and nutrition workshops to help you transform your body and mindset.

4) Nutrition Workshops: We believe that nutrition plays a vital role in achieving overall wellbeing. That's why we offer nutrition workshops led by our resident nutritionist. These workshops will educate and support you in making healthier food choices and optimising your nutrition to support your fitness goals.

At Redefine, we pride ourselves on creating a friendly, non-judgmental environment where women can come together and support each other in their fitness journeys. Our gym is a private membership gym, exclusively for women, providing a safe and comfortable space for you to exercise and work towards your goals.

Our gym is fully equipped with brand new equipment to meet all your fitness needs. Whether you prefer cardio, strength training, or group classes, we have everything you need to achieve a balanced healthy lifestyle. The gym is open seven days a week, from 05:00-22:00, to accommodate different schedules.

In addition to our coaching services and gym facilities, we also have a shop where you can purchase your own Redefine merchandise. Show off your support for our community and represent Redefine both inside and outside the gym.
