Before leaving the elf village, visitors can post their Christmas letters to Father Christmas in the magic post box. The journey continues at the Pole Office, where guests meet the cheeky elves Shuffle and Stamp. They assist in fixing the sorting machine and saving Christmas.

Next stop is Mrs Claus's Kitchen, where visitors are greeted with a warm welcome. Mrs Claus and the guests decorate gingerbread and enjoy festive treats while listening to a lovely Christmas tale around the open fire. It's a cosy and magical experience that leaves everyone feeling snuggly inside.

The Christmas experience wouldn't be complete without meeting Father Christmas himself. Visitors get to meet him, receive a special gift, and share their Christmas wishes. After bidding farewell to Father Christmas, guests are reminded to have an early night and leave tasty treats for Santa and his reindeer.

The general farm areas are temporarily closed during this time to focus on the festive celebrations. It is recommended that guests arrive 15 minutes prior to their start time to ensure a smooth experience.
