CanSkate is our foundational program that focuses on developing strong basic skills in skating, with specific skills tailored to hockey, ringette, speed skating, and figure skating. CanPowerSkate is an intensive program designed for hockey and ringette skaters, focusing on balance, power, agility, speed, and endurance.

For skaters looking to transition to more advanced levels, we offer PreSTARSkate, a program designed to help skaters move from CanSkate to STARSkate. STARSkate focuses on developing figure skating skills in areas such as ice dance, skating skills, free skate, and artistic skating.
