About
Red Beach Surf Life Saving Club, founded in 1953, has been a key part of the Red Beach community for over 70 years. Joanne and her team are dedicated to keeping beachgoers safe, and they need your help.
They run crucial lifeguard training programmes and a Junior Surf programme to guide the next generation of lifeguards. Whether you're an experienced lifeguard or new to surf safety, they welcome everyone to join and be part of the community.
Red Beach Surf Club hosts the Owen Chapman Cup Surf Carnival, a top regional event, and recently added 32 fully qualified lifeguards to their team for better summer patrols.
As a non-profit, the club depends on donations and sponsorships to fund its activities and gear. Any support helps them continue their vital work.
