Leeds Gymnastics Academy, a renowned Gymnastics For All club in Leeds, is excited to announce their upcoming recreational tumbling classes for children aged 3 to 18 years old. With a variety of classes available, we cater to both beginners and those with previous tumbling experience.
Our classes are scheduled on Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, providing ample opportunities for kids to progress through our carefully designed curriculum. We place a strong emphasis on developing children's strength, balance, flexibility, and agility, setting them up for future sporting success.
If your child is a beginner, they can start by working towards badges 1-4, where they will learn essential skills like rolls, cartwheels, and handstands. As they progress, our intermediate and advanced classes, working towards badges 5-10, introduce more challenging techniques such as flics, whips, and somersaults.
Safety is our top priority, which is why we have state-of-the-art facilities that allow athletes to develop their skills in a secure environment. Our gym features a wide range of equipment, including a tumble track, fast track, air tracks, and foam pits.
For those who have a competitive streak and want to take their tumbling to the next level, we have a dedicated competition squad. This squad offers additional training and gives athletes the chance to participate in exciting competitions.
We also offer trampoline classes that provide a supportive and enjoyable environment for kids to develop their skills. These classes help build self-esteem, promote teamwork, and improve concentration.
