The Woolloomooloo Playground Basketball Club invites interested players to join the Recreation Centre Basketball Competitions. These competitions are open to social and corporate teams and are held at the KGV Recreation Centre. With games scheduled for both lunchtime and after business hours from Monday to Saturday, there's plenty of opportunities to get your game on.
Conveniently located at 15 Cumberland Street, The Rocks City Centre, the KGV Recreation Centre offers top-notch indoor and outdoor sports and fitness facilities. It's the perfect venue to showcase your basketball skills and enjoy some friendly competition. All the competitions follow the KGV social sport rules, terms, and conditions, ensuring a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
To join a team, simply head over to the Just Play website and reserve your place for the upcoming season. Once teams are organised, registration can be completed. For existing teams, there's an online form available on the designated registration opening date, starting strictly from 9 am. Remember, entry into the competition is on a first-come, first-served basis, so make sure to secure your spot early, in accordance with KGV rules and conditions.
For fixtures and scores, participants can easily stay updated by visiting the SportFix website or downloading the SportFix app from the App Store or Google Play. You'll have all the information you need at your fingertips, making it a breeze to plan your games and keep track of your team's progress. Please note that specific game times cannot be guaranteed, but the competition usually consists of 12 games over 16 weeks, with 2 bye weeks included.
