The Reading Rowing Club is excited to announce the upcoming Reading Small Boats Head 2024 on Saturday, October 5th. This event will showcase three divisions kicking off at 09:30, 12:30, and 15:30, with a max of 150 boats navigating the challenging c3500m downstream course along the stunning River Thames in Reading. Participants can look forward to competing in either the Open (Men's) or Women's categories, tailored for different skill levels. The OPEN category is ideal for seasoned racers seeking high-level competition, while the INTERMEDIATE category is perfect for crews with some competitive experience. Novice racers can also join in the NOVICE category designed for newcomers to the racing scene. Rest assured, crews will be grouped based on their experience levels to ensure a level playing field.
For those who require adaptive events, these can be arranged upon request.
