Re-centred Pilates

Re-centred Pilates is a Pilates studio in Orewa (17 Grover Street) led by Kelley. It runs Pilates classes for women of all ages and fitness levels, including Pregnancy Pilates and Post-natal Pilates. Classes focus on building strength and stability, and the studio also supports Woman's Health topics such as pelvic floor health and diastasis recti. Post-natal sessions are baby friendly in a relaxed group environment for mums to exercise and connect.
