One of the fitness options offered by RDPT Fitness is the “STRONG 16” Foundation programme. This programme is designed to help beginners or individuals returning to exercise learn the essential movements before tackling gym or home workouts. It provides clear and concise direction to ensure proper form and technique.
Another option is the “GET ON WITH IT” On Demand Fitness programme, which offers new and exciting strength, stamina, and Pilates workouts added weekly. This programme also includes a live class and a monthly accountability check-in with Rachel for added motivation and support.
For new moms looking to kickstart their health and fitness journey after having a baby, RDPT Fitness offers the “Fit Mama” programme. This 8-week training and nutrition plan is flexible and easy to follow, providing ongoing support from Rachel and an opportunity to connect with other like-minded moms.
In addition to her personal training and Pilates qualifications, Rachel is also qualified in GP Exercise Referral, Pre and Post Natal training, and currently works as a Physiotherapy Technician for both Musculoskeletal and Neurological patients. She believes that exercise and eating well can greatly improve both physical and mental health, and her approach focuses on enhancing the life you already have without making extreme sacrifices.
Rachel offers both in-person and virtual coaching options. Virtual coaching allows clients to have Personal Training sessions in the comfort of their own home, either locally or over video call for clients in the UK and US. This option is convenient for those with busy schedules or who prefer the privacy and convenience of working out at home.
