Don't miss out on the RD5 Swimming Event happening at London Royal Docks on July 13, 2024! Love Open Water Milton Keynes invites you to come and swim 5 laps of a 1km course in one of the 3 waves available – whether you're feeling relaxed, aiming for a medium pace, or ready to go fast, there's a wave for everyone. It's a great opportunity for those training for the Dock2Dock swim or simply looking to enjoy a leisurely swim.
The event has a swim cut-off time of 4.5 hours, with the last lap starting at 3.45pm to ensure that all participants can complete the course by 4.30pm. Feel free to swim in your preferred style, with wetsuits being optional. Just a reminder that all participants must be NOWCA members in order to join in on the fun.
