Raptors Knoll Disk Golf Park, located in Aldergrove, is a disk golf course that offers players a challenging and enjoyable experience. Officially opened on June 1, 2019, the course spans approximately 40 acres of forested and open areas at Jackman Wetlands Park in the Township of Langley.
Ranked as the 13th best course in the world in 2022 by Udisc, Raptors Knoll offers a variety of terrain, including significant elevation changes, great views, good parking, and seasonal water features. The course has been designed to cater to players of all ages and skill levels, with multiple teepads and basket locations on each hole suitable for novice, advanced, and professional players.
Players can enjoy the course free of charge, and tee times are not required. The course does get busy on weekends, so groups are limited to a maximum of four players to ensure everyone can play. Physical distancing measures are also in place, and players are encouraged to follow the COVID-related rules of play posted near the first teepads.
Managed by the Jackman Wetlands Disk Golf Society, Raptors Knoll offers memberships that provide various benefits, including discounts on apparel and disks, entry into random club giveaways, and access to member-only events. Membership fees can be paid via e-transfer, with details provided on the society's website.
Throughout the year, Raptors Knoll hosts events, fundraisers, and tournaments for players to participate in, adding to the vibrant disk golf community in Aldergrove. The park is also a “pack it in, pack it out” park, and players are encouraged to help keep the course clean and free of litter.
With its beautiful setting, challenging layout, and active community, Raptors Knoll Disk Golf Park is a must-visit destination for disk golf enthusiasts in the Aldergrove area.
