Meet Nadine Nairne, the friendly face running the gym since 2017. She’s not just the facility manager but also a personal trainer who’s super passionate about the community. Nadine specialises in weight lifting, HIIT, and boxing, and she’s also great with diet and exercise advice. Reach out to Nadine if you need any help with your fitness goals – she’s there for you!

The gym is kitted out with all the gear you need: weight machines, free weights, bikes, treadmills, and much more. Plus, they’ve got showers, plenty of free parking, and filtered water for your bottles. Open every day from 4am to 9pm, it’s easy to fit in a workout no matter how busy you are.

New to the gym? No stress! They offer a $60 programme to show you the ropes, covering everything from using the equipment to proper form. They also have personal training options that won’t break the bank.

Looking for classes? Check out their Pilates at Centennial Park hall every Wednesday at 6pm, or join in the HIIT and Bootcamp class on Fridays at 9am. These sessions are led by top-notch instructors, so you’re in good hands.

Membership is super flexible with weekly, fortnightly, and monthly direct debit options. There are also 3-month, 6-month, and yearly memberships available. Just popping in? Casual visits are $10 a session. They’ve got special discounts for Gold card holders, FENZ, Police, Ambulance, and Defence Force members too.

Remember to wear appropriate clothing and bring a towel to keep the equipment clean for the next person. They provide paper towels and cleaning solutions to help out as well.
