Rammr Strength & Conditioning | Fitness in Saskatoon

University of Saskatchewan, I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with a major in Exercise and Sport Studies. During my time at university, I also obtained my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

I have experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to elite athletes. I believe in a holistic approach to fitness, incorporating strength training, conditioning, mobility work, and nutrition to help my clients reach their goals. Furthermore, I am passionate about helping others become the strongest and healthiest versions of themselves.
