RAM Martial Arts and Fitness Centre, located in Glasgow, Scotland, is a martial arts gym offering high-quality tuition to children and adults in the Glasgow and Ayrshire areas. Established in 1993 by Master John Reilly, the club opened its full-time martial arts and fitness centre in July 2018 under the management of John Reilly and Malcolm White.
At RAM Martial Arts, students have the opportunity to learn authentic ITF Taekwon-Do from Master John Reilly, a 7th Degree Black Belt with over 30 years of experience in the art. Taekwon-Do classes at RAM cover a range of techniques such as patterns, pad work, breaking, sparring, and self-defence. As a European medallist, former coach of the Scotland National Team, and highly respected umpire, Master Reilly is dedicated to teaching his students traditional ITF Taekwon-Do.
In addition to Taekwon-Do, RAM Martial Arts is also affiliated with WKA Kickboxing. Students can receive expert tuition in this striking-based martial art that combines traditional boxing with dynamic kicking techniques. The gym offers a comprehensive kickboxing programme suitable for students of all skill levels.

The gym is led by a team of experienced instructors. Master John Reilly, the head instructor and founder of RAM Taekwon-Do Academy, holds a 7th Degree Black Belt and has trained extensively in Taekwon-Do since 1989. He is a European medallist and a former coach of the Scotland National Team. His wife, Mrs.
Kirsty Reilly, a 5th Degree Black Belt, has represented Scotland at World and European Championships since 2009 and is passionate about fitness and pushing herself to new levels in training. Mr. Malcolm White, a 4th Degree Black Belt, is an assistant instructor at RAM and has transformed his life through Taekwon-Do. He is a member of the ITF Scotland team and the WKA Scotland Kickboxing team, winning medals at national and international levels.
