Hackney Ballet, a local Contemporary Dance club in London, is thrilled to present an exciting event that is sure to captivate all dance enthusiasts. Taking place starting September 2023, these empowering classes will be held every Saturday from 1.50pm to 2.30pm.
Introducing Rambert Grades, a pioneering contemporary dance syllabus that was born from an esteemed partnership between two of the world's leading contemporary dance institutions: Rambert and Rambert School. This groundbreaking 8-grade syllabus offers students the opportunity to develop lifelong skills while fostering a sense of individuality and playfulness.

The Rambert Grades syllabus embodies these values through its three core strands: Technique, Performance, and Creative. In each grade, dancers will have the opportunity to delve into the art of creating material and improvising. Technical skills are honed to the highest standard, covering a wide range of movements, from intricate floorwork to breathtaking leaps. Additionally, students will have the privilege of performing solo material choreographed by renowned artists such as Hofesh Shechter and Alesandra Seutin.
One of the highlights of Rambert Grades is that it is an awarding organisation recognised by Ofqual, ensuring that dancers receive a credible and valuable qualification.
