Rainbow Leisure Centre, located in the heart of Epsom, is a fitness and leisure facility offering a wide range of activities for people of all ages. With its newly refurbished 125 station gym, it boasts one of the largest free weights areas in Epsom and is equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment that rivals any private club. For those over the age of 60, Rainbow Leisure Centre offers a dedicated social area with low intensity machines, providing a comfortable environment for exercise. The centre also offers over 50 fitness classes programmed for all ages and fitness levels, with classes available every day of the week.

The centre is family-friendly, with a play park featuring slides, a sports pitch, and a dedicated area for children under 3. Weekly sessions are also available for children with special educational needs (SEN). Additionally, Rainbow Leisure Centre features a six-lane 25m swimming pool, suitable for both fitness and recreational swimmers. The centre also offers swimming lessons through its Better Swim School, catering to all members of the family.

A Pool Pod lift is available for independent and accessible access to the pool.

Rainbow Leisure Centre also has a spacious sports hall with six badminton courts, providing opportunities for various indoor sports such as badminton, football, basketball, netball, short tennis, and table tennis.
