The deposit amount required to confirm a booking is AUD$300 for Byron Bay Retreats and AUD$400 for other retreat locations. Full payment is typically due 4 – 6 weeks before the retreat begins.

Guests can make payments securely online, via bank deposit, or over the phone using Mastercard or Visa card. Alternative payment arrangements can be made, as long as the retreat is paid in full by the designated due date.

In terms of cancellation policies, Radiance Yoga Retreats understands unforeseen circumstances can arise. If a guest cancels their booking after paying the deposit, a portion of AUD$100 is retained for administration expenses while the remaining balance is held in Deposits Holding, which can be used towards another Radiance Retreat. On the other hand, if a guest cancels their retreat after paying the full amount, the payment becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. However, depending on the circumstances, a partial refund may be possible at the discretion of Radiance Retreats.

To protect against any potential financial loss, guests are advised to obtain travel insurance that covers retreat payments and travel expenses.
