Whether you're an experienced athlete or just starting out, there's a distance option for everyone. The Sprint event is perfect for those aged 15 and above, featuring a 5km run, 16.5km bike ride, and another 5km run. Younger athletes aged 14 and above can opt for the Enticer event, which includes a 3km run, 11km bike ride, and 3km run. For the younger participants aged 12 and above, the Dash event offers a 1.5km run, 5.5km bike ride, and 1.5km run.
