For those who prefer land-based workouts, our fitness suite and dance studio are equipped with state-of-the-art gym equipment. Our high-spec gym features a range of cardio and resistance machines, as well as a free weights area and weights racks. In addition, our gym also offers NRG Zone – an under 16 gym accreditation programme that allows younger members to get active and learn about exercise in a safe and supervised environment.

We understand that maintenance and technical issues can sometimes occur. Our gym maintenance update informs you that certain equipment may be temporarily unavailable due to essential maintenance between 8th and 18th January.
