This skill has retained more of its martial qualities compared to modern Wushu and includes intricate weapon forms such as the long-tasselled sword and long flag Dao. Online classes for Chun Yuen Shaolin Fist are also available.
The school also offers recent news on breaks and schedules, as well as the option for in-person classes. Sifu Christine Barbier, the instructor, is highly qualified and authorised to teach by Grandmaster Michael Tse. The school is affiliated with the Tse Qigong Centre.
In Qigong classes, students will learn and practise the Kunlun Dayan Qigong system, also known as Wild Goose Qigong. This system comprises several forms, each with its own special emphasis. Practising Qigong can help with relaxation, increased body awareness, flexibility, energy, and stamina. It stimulates the body's natural healing processes and promotes a sense of youthfulness and vitality.
