T the age of 16, I made the decision to transform my body through weight training and proper nutrition. This led me to become a certified personal trainer and eventually open PY Personal Training in Richmond Hill.
At PY Personal Training, we offer more than just personal training. We provide holistic lifestyle coaching to help our clients get in their best possible shape. Our approach is evidence-based, focusing on scientific principles rather than “bro-science”. We create customized plans for each individual based on their training history, goals, and preferences.
One unique aspect of our fitness centre is our focus on vegan and vegetarian options. As a vegan bodybuilder myself, I have years of experience building muscle on a plant-based diet. We offer meal plans with macros already calculated to help our clients build muscle while staying true to their values.
In addition to in-person training sessions, we also offer online coaching for those who prefer to train from the comfort of their own home. Weekly cheque-ins keep our clients accountable and connected to their coach, no matter where they are in the world.
